A Little Buffy History
Buffy premiered in 1997 as a midseason show. It was a remake series of the movie Buffy The Vampire Slayer. It has come a long way since then. WB aired it on Mondays after 7th Heaven until half way through 2nd season when it moved to Tuesdays Jan. 20 1998 at a new time 8 PM. Then in 2001, after 5 years being on the WB, UPN bought Buffy and renewed the show for 2 more years. News has it that Buffys 7th season will be the last.
